Oats Banana Bake

Good Evening Readers,

I am thoroughly enjoying my staycation, so much so that I’m getting to the point of going “WHAT ON EARTH SHALL I DO NEXT?”. And of course, the baking bug started to kick in. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love to bake and cook so expect some more recipes on the blog now that I fully understand how to get my recipes up on the blog properly. This recipe below is super easy, super tasty and perfect for breakfast or for an afternoon snack, even if I did make mine a little bit naughty! Have a bash and let me know how it tastes – I can concur that mine tastes delightful with a cup of tea. And as a cheeky tip, if you add chocolate… eat it warm! Mmmm melting chocolate and banana!

How to enjoy a Staycation

“Holiday… It would be SO nice!” – Yes Madonna, you are indeed correct. A holiday WOULD be nice. But for those of us that are on an average salary and have to rent in London… THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. With soaring housing costs, bills, Asos addictions and Starbucks being part of any 20-somethings daily diet, the cost of a holiday is difficult to afford. And so the era of the Staycation has emerged! As I start one of my first weeks off in a good while, I am here to give you some ideas on how to enjoy an upcoming Staycation! So unpack those suitcases, put down those passports and cosy up to the idea of a holiday at home.
